Please follow the steps below if your network requires access through a Proxy Server for HeartCloud Accounts:
- Open Preferences
- Click the Advanced Tab
- Click the Proxy Server button to access the Proxy Server Settings
- Place or remove a check mark next to Auto-detect or Manual to enable Proxy Access
- Then enter the fields that apply. Please check with your Network Adminstrator for your IP Address, Port Number, Username and Password
- Click OK to save the settings
- Also, be sure to click OK on the main Preference Settings too
Note: These settings will apply to all of your user accounts.
