How to Change Your Email Address at HeartMath.com

Step 1: Sign In

1. Open your web browser.
2. Go to www.heartmath.com.
3. Click the Sign In button.
4. Enter your current email address and password to log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to Your Profile

1. Once signed in, you will land on your Dashboard.
2. Look toward the top left of the page.
3. Click on “My Profile.”

Step 3: Open the Email Change Screen

1. Inside the My Profile area, find the drop-down menu.
2. Select the option “Change Email” from the list.
3. This will open the Change Email screen.

Step 4: Enter Your New Email

1. You will see your current email address already filled in.
2. Click the field for New Email and type in the email you want to use.
3. Re-enter the New Email again to confirm it.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

1. After confirming your new email, click “Update Email.”
2. Wait for a message confirming that your email has been updated.

Step 6: Verify Your Update

1. Once your email is updated, sign out of your HeartMath account.
2. Sign in again using your new email address (with your same password).
3. This verifies the change worked successfully.

Important Note

• Your password will remain the same after changing your email — you don’t have to update it during this process.
