Pro-Tips for Better Results
-
High Resolution: Use high-quality images for a better visual experience on larger monitors.
-
Emotional Connection: Curate a specific folder of images that specifically trigger feelings of gratitude, calm, or joy to help you reach the “Green” coherence zone faster.
-
Organization: If you have different themes (e.g., “Family” vs. “Nature”), keep them in separate folders. You can quickly swap the folder path in the Options menu to change the theme of your practice.
Troubleshooting
-
Images Not Showing: Ensure the folder path is correct and that the files are in a supported format.
-
Software Lag: If you have thousands of photos in one folder, the software may take longer to load. Try creating a smaller folder with 20–50 of your favorite images.
