How to connect your Inner Balance™ Coherence Plus sensor to the HeartMath app and unlock your free lifetime subscription.
1. Download the HeartMath app from your phone’s app store.
2. Open the app, tap through the welcome screens, and Create an Account or Sign In.
Note: If you have an existing account in HeartCloud or bought the sensor from HeartMath.com, sign in using the same email and password you used to purchase the sensor. Otherwise, go ahead and create a new account. If you try to sign in and have any issues, try resetting your password.
3. Continue through the first coherence experience
4. When you get to the screen where you are asked to “Select a Sensor”, select “Bluetooth.”
5. On the next screen, tap the picture of the silver Inner Balance Coherence Plus sensor.
6. Now, get your sensor ready to connect:
a. Plug the ear sensor clip into the sensor pod.
b. Press the Power button on the sensor to turn it on. Make sure the light is blinking*.
c. Clip the ear clip to your earlobe and the sensor pod to your shirt.
7. The app will scan and find your sensor. Once you confirm the ID number and tap Continue, your sensor will be connected to the app and will let you know that you have unlocked your Free Lifetime Subscription.
Congratulations!
You have now unlocked your free lifetime access to the app.
You can continue with your practice and explore all the features of the app.

And follow the instructions to connect and unlock the app.
(You do not want to select “Start 7-day Free Trial” – since, as an Inner Balance Coherence Plus owner, you get a Free Lifetime Access to the Subscription.)
*If the Plus Heart light doesn’t light up, charge the sensor first.
Find the USB-C cable in the Inner Balance Coherence Plus box. Connect one end to the bottom of the sensor pod and the other to your computer (or a USB-C compatible charger). It takes up to 2 hours for a full charge, but you can start with a 15-minute charge and fully charge it later.
