Orders are processed & shipped within two business days of receipt. Please keep this in mind for shipping requests that are more urgent and adjust shipping methods accordingly. We will ship via the means you select even if it isn’t on the day the order is placed. For example, if the order is placed on Monday and you select 2nd-Day Air as the shipping method, your order will not necessarily arrive in two days. It will depend on our workload already in queue.
The order may not ship until as late as Wednesday although that is not normally the case. For orders shipped internationally, outside of the United States, duties or taxes may be assessed. Most countries will collect from the recipient, a Customs clearance and delivery fee in addition to the duties and taxes. This fee is authorized by international agreements to reimburse the delivery service for the costs it incurs in clearing the items through Customs and collecting duties at the time of delivery.
The duties, taxes and fees, if applicable, are not included in the shipping charges reflected on your order and are solely your responsibility. Shipping Options for orders shipped to an address within the United States, the following methods are available:

- UPS Ground
- UPS 3-Day Select
- UPS 2nd-Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.

International Shipping Information: You may choose from either USPS or UPS shipping methods for orders under $200.00 only. Of these options, UPS is the most reliable and our preferred method.
USPS is less expensive but is slow and often times orders are delayed in customs. Inclusive of any method you choose, shipping fees will be determined by weight and destination country. You will be solely responsible for any Customs fees and VAT (Value Added Tax) which may be levied at the destination country. Please be aware that in some countries, the domestic postal system may levy additional charges for delivery within that country.
Duties & Taxes: Duties & taxes for orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by HeartMath LLC or any designated delivery carrier). Please consult your local Customs office for more details before placing your order. Applicable duties & taxes for gifts, sent outside the U.S., will be due at the time of delivery by the recipient.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please understand that since HeartMath LLC does not collect any duties, taxes or customs fees, we cannot refund these should you decide to return the merchandise.
We are not responsible for any Sales tax that may be levied by your Country.
Invoices: HeartMath does not include an actual invoice with the order. Your invoice from HeartMath is sent electronically to your email address. We include a packing slip and International shipping documents which may be in the form of Electronic Data Integration (EDI).
Human readable copies may be available on request.
