Overview
When you subscribe to the HeartMath App, your transaction is processed through your Apple or Google account. To maintain your privacy, these stores do not share billing or credit card information with HeartMath. Consequently, all subscription management—including cancellations and refund requests—must be performed through your device’s store settings.
How to Cancel a HeartMath App Subscription
For Google Play Store (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) or your Profile icon, then select Subscriptions.
- Locate the HeartMath App subscription in your list.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
For Apple App Store (iOS)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Name at the top of the screen, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select the HeartMath App from your active subscriptions.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. (If the button is not visible, the subscription has already been canceled).

If you need to request a refund for a HeartMath App charge, you must contact the platform providers directly:
