Sometimes the saved screen settings get corrupt and you will not see any data in most of the graphs. Usually when this happens you will see zeros next to all the graphs.
To resolve this issue open the emWave PC and click the "Settings", "Options" menu items from the main screen. When the Options window comes up, see if the option Last Saved is selected. If it is, then change it to Default.
