The emWave software allows you to customize your visual feedback during a session. Switching to the Full Screen HRV view removes other interface distractions, allowing you to focus solely on the smoothness and rhythm of your heart rate patterns.
How to Enable Full Screen HRV

Open emWave PRO: Ensure your software is open and your sensor is connected.

Navigate to View: In the top navigation menu, click on View.

Toggle the View: From the dropdown menu, click HRV Full Screen. The software will immediately expand the heart rhythm graph to fill the session window.
Maximizing the Application Window
If the HRV display expands but doesn’t cover your entire monitor, you may need to maximize the emWave application itself:

On a PC (Windows): Click the Maximize icon (the square box) in the upper right-hand corner of the window.

On a Mac: Click the Green button in the upper left-hand corner of the window.
How to Return to the Main View
If you want to see your Coherence Ratios, Pulse, or other visualizers again:

Go back to the View menu.

Click HRV Full Screen again to remove the checkmark.

The software will return to the default multi-pane dashboard.
