Deleting a Session in the HeartMath App

The HeartMath app allows you to manage your session history by deleting individual sessions directly from the app.

Follow the steps below to delete a specific session.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the HeartMath app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap My Progress.
3. Select View Session History.
4. Switch to List View (if not already selected).
5. Locate the session you want to remove.
6. Swipe from right to left on the session.
7. Tap Delete to confirm removal.
