My Inner Balance App crashes when I try to run a session

 

 

If the Inner Balance app crashes in the middle of a Session, we recommend that you delete the app from your phone, download, re-install and re-start the device using the following steps.

WARNING: Any Sessions that are not synced to the HeartCloud will be lost. It's important to sync Inner Balance to the HeartCloud prior to beginning the procedure explained below.

Here are steps to uninstall and re-install:

iOS

  1. Close the Inner Balance app.
  2. From the Home Screen, tap and hold on the Inner Balance icon until it begins to wiggle and you see the “X” in the upper left corner.
  3. Tap on the “X” to delete the app.
  4. Press the Home Button to exit the Delete mode.
  5. Power down your device by pressing the Power button until you see the slide control to Power Off the device.
  6. After a few seconds, restart your device.
  7. After the device has restarted, tap on the App Store icon and download Inner Balance again.
  8. Launch Inner Balance and log in using your HeartCloud credentials.
  9. Any sessions on HeartCloud should sync to your device. 

Android

  1. Close the Inner Balance app.
  2. Open Settings on your device.
  3. Look for Applications or Apps or Application Manager. (Device dependent)
  4. Tap to access Apps.
  5. Locate the Inner Balance App and select it.
  6. At the top of the screen, you'll see a button that reads- Uninstall
  7. Tap that and agree to the uninstallation confirmation.
  8. Close Settings, and restart the device
  9. Open Google Play Store, download the App
  10. Restart Inner Balance to verify that it's working again.
