I’m using a USB Hub and my Sensor is not working correctly.

If you have your sensor plugged into a non-powered USB Hub and not directly into the computer, this may be the issue. Plug it directly into the computer and see if it works better. Sometimes there isn't sufficient power available through a USB Hub, a monitor port or a keyboard USB port.
