If you have the emWave PRO multi-user program already installed on your computer, it is not necessary that you install the emWave2 software program. But, if you want to downgrade to the emWave2 version, simply remove your Registration number and reopen the program. It will now display a “Single User” only version of the program.
The emWave2 hand held unit is designed to work with either the emWave PRO and the emWave2 program.
The two programs share some of the same files and emWave2 is a Single User Only program.
