Open the Main Screen of the Freeze Framer program. Click the File tab at the upper left corner of the screen. Click Open User, select the User name that you want to change. Once you’ve done that, you can go to the Edit tab at the top and open that User’s information. You can delete the last name at this point however the program does not allow you to leave it blank.
We would suggest that you develop a number system (in case you have clients with the same first name) eg: Bob1…Bob2 etc. Just enter the number where the last name would go. Or you can enter a symbol such as (….) either way will work. Continue with each User that you want to change.
